Please see a breakdown below of all the various shipping options available when buying from us. The prices are based off your location.
There is a shipping cut off by 3pm for all courier and Royal Mail services. (Weekdays Only)
UK Shipping Fees
- Tracked 24 - 1-2 working days, aim to deliver the next working day - £4.99
- Tracked 48 - 1-3 working days, aim to deliver in 2 working days - £3.99
We offer FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders over £75 (excludes aerosol and bulky shipping). This Free Service Is Tracked 48

Returns Policy
We offer a 28 day returns policy
Please note all items are expected to be in a good, new, saleable condition with all original packaging.
If they are not received at our end in the same as new condition, your return may be rejected. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Stock Status
In Stock - Ships Same Day Or Collect In Store Today - These will ship same day if ordered by 3pm, Or are available for in store collection.
Available To Order - We will order these items in for you from our supplier and shipping will usually take 2-3 days extra.
Pre-Order Today - Items marked Pre-Order will be available to collect on release day or will be shipped to arrive to you on release.
Any orders containing items with different stock statuses will be shipped once the whole order is complete.
If an item is listed as currently out of stock, that means it is being ordered in from our suppliers.
Our aim is to keep all products we list in stock and have weekly deliveries from most of our suppliers.
Currently we do not offer the option for Back Orders on items on our site, but on any out of stock product there is the option to be notified when it is back in stock.
If there is something you would like to order that is not listed on our website we will be happy to try and order it from our network of suppliers. Usually, we are able to offer competitive discounted pricing even on special orders.
Delivery
We aim to deliver orders to UK customers within 1-2 working days as we understand how important it is for you to receive your goods when you expect them. We advise you make sure someone is available at your delivery address within working hours to sign for your order.
All our orders are sent with Royal Mail.
If there is no answer at the address when your parcel arrives, you will be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or rearrange delivery.
Collection In-Store
You can collect from our store in Uckfield East Sussex. Items can also be reserved online by selecting the "Collect From Store" option as the delivery option at checkout, this will guarantee the stock of the products you want when you come to collect your order.
UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only estimates. Regrettably, we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates.
UK Next Day Delivery (Weekdays)
To take advantage of our next day delivery service, you will need to place your order before 3 pm GMT Monday to Thursday. If you place your order after 3 pm GMT Friday, it will be delivered on Tuesday onwards.
Please note our standard shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 48 and costs £3.99 - This is almost always a 2 working day service, if you absolutely need your items next day please select Next Day Delivery.
